Kriya Yoga Practice
Kriya Yoga is an ancient meditation technique that was revived in modern times by Mahavtar Babaji and taught through a lineage of great masters including Lahiri Mahasaya, Sri Yukteshwar, and Paramhansa Yogananda. It is a scientific method of self-realization that accelerates spiritual evolution through specific pranayama (breathing) techniques, meditation, and devotion.

It works directly with the life force (prana) and spine to accelerate spiritual evolution. It is considered the highest form of Raja Yoga.
